ORDER PROCESSING TIME:
Every order needs to be processed (picked, packaged, labeled & shipped), that need 3 to 5 days. After that, we ship as fast as possible your order.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
After order processing, all the orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can!

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. That never happens if you buy only merchandising items. Alternatively, if you order a merchandising + other (ex.tech gadget), we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!
WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If your purchase does not match the description or is the item is defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order - we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.
PLEASE NOTE 1: We do NOT accept in any way a return for wrong size order, be careful to double check the size of the t-shirt, hoodie, body, tank top, leggings, skirt, etc that you are buying. The size charts are on the related product page. PLEASE NOTE 2: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Used products or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will refund (if eligible), the cost of the item as the time you bought it.
Delete an order/edit an order: we can delete an order only if you contact (firstname.lastname@example.org) just after placing it! (max 6h) we can't delete an order after 6h. Please be sure and double check before buying!
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. (photo and tracking id)
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they have arrived at you defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you detailed info.
Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
